About the Community
The Athena Coalition is a private Slack community for professionals with real experience, who've built expertise, navigated complex challenges, and know what it takes to lead—whether that's teams, companies, initiatives, or their own path forward.
Our members span industries and roles, but what connects us is this:
We know that the best support doesn't come from social media theater or surface-level networking.
It comes from lived experience.
What happens in the community:

- Skill-sharing, connection-making, and opportunity-passing when members ask for help
